The service typically spans 3 to 6 months, depending on the complexity and readiness level of the company. The service is directed at SMEs and startups operating in sectors such as manufacturing, aerospace, healthcare, and technology, particularly those preparing for market entry or scaling operations. The goal of the service is to support companies in establishing robust quality systems and achieving internationally recognised certifications that enhance credibility and market access. 

The service is implemented in 3 Phases: 
1. Assessment Phase: Evaluation of current quality practices and gap analysis. 
2. Implementation Phase: Design and deployment of a tailored QMS. 
3. Certification Preparation Phase: Support in documentation, internal audits, and liaison with certification bodies. The expected outcome is to fully implement QMS aligned with ISO standards and readiness for successful certification. The service is delivered through a hybrid model combining on-site visits and remote sessions, ensuring flexibility and efficiency.
