Service description

This flexible, modular consulting and coaching service is designed for all EIC beneficiaries, including Pathfinder, Transition, and Accelerator awardees. It offers a highly customisable alternative to standard programmes by allowing startups and researchers to book individual, impact-driven modules on a flexible daily or half-day basis, perfectly matching their specific stage of growth. Delivered by experienced in-house founders and senior industry experts from VDI/VDE-IT, the service provides hands-on, implementation-focused support. The goal is to move beyond theory to deliver concrete roadmaps. Key expertise modules include:

1) Revenue Models & Pricing: Strategies for scalable SaaS and Deep Tech recurring revenue models and optimal pricing.
2) Financial Planning & VC Readiness: Robust financial modeling, Cap Table analysis, and tailored preparation for VC/Angel investments.
3) Business Model & Market Entry: In-depth review of Product-Market Fit and development of market entry strategies, with specialized expertise in the German market.
4) SEO & Digital Visibility: Customised digital presence and lead generation strategies specifically for technical B2B products.

The service is implemented through high-value coaching sessions, available both online and offline, ensuring immediate applicability to the beneficiary's business operations.

This service is available to all EIC Pathfinder, Transition, and Accelerator beneficiaries. Modules are booked on a daily or half-daily basis. Specific delivery timelines and modules are coordinated individually to meet the specific needs of the beneficiary.
