It offers a highly customisable alternative to standard programmes by allowing startups and researchers to book individual, impact-driven modules on a flexible daily or half-day basis, perfectly matching their specific stage of growth. Delivered by experienced in-house founders and senior industry experts from VDI/VDE-IT, the service provides hands-on, implementation-focused support. The goal is to move beyond theory to deliver concrete roadmaps. Key expertise modules include:

1) Revenue Models & Pricing: Strategies for scalable SaaS and Deep Tech recurring revenue models and optimal pricing.
2) Financial Planning & VC Readiness: Robust financial modeling, Cap Table analysis, and tailored preparation for VC/Angel investments.
3) Business Model & Market Entry: In-depth review of Product-Market Fit and development of market entry strategies, with specialized expertise in the German market.
4) SEO & Digital Visibility: Customised digital presence and lead generation strategies specifically for technical B2B products.

The service is implemented through high-value coaching sessions, available both online and offline, ensuring immediate applicability to the beneficiary's business operations.
