Using AI-powered flows, Ventures’n’Law is able to work with a client on a specific matter, in a fixed budget, evaluating documents in advance and providing conclusions in a call. The process is as follows: client submits a specific request in the form of a list of questions attached to a project they are working on. Optionally, they would be providing documents for review. Ventures’n’Law then submits a fixed fee model and a timeline for a deliverable on our side, specifying what that deliverable is suggested to be. After payment under the specified schedule, client obtains access to deliverables.
Depending on the object of the services being provided, either full-time team members or external experts may be contracted for delivery. The end user targeted are founders, operators and/or investors of technology companies.
The service may last anywhere from one week to two months, depending on breadth and number of deliverables expected.
The purpose of the service is to provide legal clarity under a fixed budget.
Service is offered at a fixed fee, in increments of EUR 250 + VAT (where applicable) each, depending on complexity.
We can deliver our suggestion in the call within 3 days of contracting.
