Service description
Bespoke one-to-one sessions that help high-growth startups and scaleups with their US expansion, US scaling, and US investment strategies. The service is directed to startups and scaleups who, within the next 12 months or less, expect to (1) hire their first US-based employees, (2) expand their team of US employees, and/or (3) raise capital from US-based VC investors. The sessions will last 30-60 minutes and be delivered online or in person by one or more members of Wilson Sonsini’s US and London-based US Expansion or Executive Advisory teams. Additional services in the form of support on US corporate, commercial, employment, employee incentives, regulatory and data privacy considerations, as well as investor outreach and fundraising strategy, can be provided on an ongoing basis according to the needs of the startup or scaleup.
