Dare Leadership Accelerator Programme or #WDL is an interactive cohort service providing revolution on leadership and business development to the female participants. It is targeted at all women in deep-tech startups, VCs, and corporates. #WDL builds a framework for impact leadership and entrepreneurship mindset in women by providing a set of 12 skills. #WDL cooperates with the best experts in deep-tech as mentors and coaches, with a mission to enable leaders to break through. Focusing on personal development and Business development, per need from the WLOUNGE network of partners. WLOUNGE acceleration programme adapted for women in deep-tech and ICT leadership consists of 12 modules: 1. ATTITUDE/MINDSET, 2. AGILITY, 3. VOICE, 4. COMMUNICATION, 5. VISION, 6. DISRUPT THE FLOW (Disruptive thinking), 7. EXECUTION, 8. NO EGO, 9. WALK THE TALK (Action follows words) 10. DIVERSITY, 11. EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, 12. ROLE MODEL. Complex competence and capacity building Programme tailor-made for female leaders of deep-tech startups in the EU ecosystem with a curriculum developed by multiple successful tech entrepreneur, angel investor, mentor, coach and female-empowerment initiator, Ms. Mali Baum. Programme amends T2M BAS - EIC WLP by adding deep-tech focus and complex interactive deep-dive into leadership skills; knowledge transfer complied and delivered by experienced female C-levels and experts from the EU tech sector through interactive webinars, with exercises; online platform/workbook of #WDL, open to ladies who seek to improve themselves to serve as leaders to their employees, clients and their companies.

Disclaimer related to service

The time and duration of the service: Formats A: 2-3 days; 8h/12h day separated to two 4 hours blocks and lunch break; Formats B: 8 weeks online / weekly session 2 h/ week delivered 4-times a year. Access to the #WDL platform is free of charge for the participants of the program.

Financial requirements

€799 (EX TAX) per person/programme - full price, negotiable for the EIC beneficiaries.
