Service description

A one-month business appraisal personalized service to estimate the company’s value, assets, and commercial potential considering the market estimation for the innovation, benchmarks for risk of failure, clinical trials assessment when required, and probability trees. Our due diligence service will focus on the financial and technological aspects of biotechnological, health, or life-science innovation. We will start with an introductory Zoom session and a loop of 3 Zoom sessions to review the due diligence results.
