Service description
An ongoing market readiness assessment service targeting EIC Accelerator beneficiaries. The service is a three-month bridge programme designed to ensure EIC beneficiaries are prepared to accelerate the start of their journey to enter the US market. The EIC beneficiaries will have access to the EIC Partner’s team in Silicon Valley who have vast experience scaling European startups in the US and will guide EIC beneficiaries in the following aspects: 1) Market research–an understanding of the US market, including consumer preferences and competitors. EIC beneficiaries will undergo user testing and provide feedback to refine their offering and ensure there is product market fit. 2) Development of a marketing and sales strategy – the team will review the EIC beneficiaries’ strategies and make recommendations to ensure there is a strong plan for US market entry. 3) Strategic Partnerships - the EIC Partner’s team will guide the EIC beneficiaries and make introductions to senior executives so that they can build partnerships and relationships with key new customers. 4) Hiring – the EIC Partners’ team will recommend people that may be a fit for the EIC beneficiaries’ companies. The goal of these activities is to create partnerships and relationships with other companies that can help drive adoption of their products to create network effects. EIC beneficiaries can access the service all year round. The service can be conducted online or in hybrid format with approximately 1 day per week required from EIC beneficiaries.

Financial requirements

€45000, 5% success fee on all funds raised, plus warrant (opportunity to invest).
