Health & Medical Care Regulatory Support

An ongoing tailored service for all EIC beneficiaries. The service aims to provide a tailored support, according to the maturity of the EIC Beneficiary’s technology, for support and definition of the Regulatory strategy, feasibility studies and testing. The service entails: Regulatory roadmap, Sector-specific and niche-specific regulatory Matchmaking. Bip.C.a experts will accompany the EIC beneficiaries by helping them diving the regulatory rules, engage the right expert and the right partners to perform the required tests and define the regulatory roadmap, according to the project in development. EIC beneficiaries will get access to a network of Health & Medical Care regulatory experts, CROs, accredited labs, clinical centers, constantly in contact with Regulatory Authorities and Notify Bodies, able to help them in design and implement the correct regulatory strategy. Meanwhile, EIC beneficiaries will have the possibility to correctly estimate the budget and time needed to perform these activities, saving money and time. The time and duration of the service will be tailor-made depending on the needs of the EIC Beneficiary and could last from a minimum of 4 weeks for a feasibility study up to one-year support. The service can be implemented online, in-person or hybrid according to EIC beneficiaries needs. The modality will be agreed within the engagement step.
