EP47S5An ongoing tailored service for all EIC beneficiaries. The service aims to provide a tailored support, according to the maturity of the EIC Beneficiary’s technology, for Technology due diligence and business impact evaluation where the EIC beneficiary selects the specific analysis needed. The due diligence service entails: IPR assessment, SWOT analysis of the technology and related business, GAP analysis, External Opinion on the overall Technical and Business aspects, strategy and impact, External Opinion of the proposed company/invention Value, and Recommendations & suggestions. EIC beneficiaries will benefit from an independent assessment of their entrepreneurial project aimed at evaluating their value proposition, business aspects and innovation readiness, performed by healthcare experts. The assessment will help EIC beneficiaries in identifying GAPs and strengths to adapt and improve their value proposition accordingly. The assessment aims to significantly leverage the project, welcome new opportunities and eventually identify ways to pivot and improve any emerging weaknesses and gaps. The opportunity to access Bip.C.a know-how and network will help innovators to find accurate feedbacks from different Healthcare stakeholders, engage them and identify possible partners and/or KOLs. The time and duration of the service will be tailor-made depending on the needs of the EIC Beneficiary but could last from a minimum duration of 4 weeks, up to 2 months, depending on TRL and the selected points. The service can be implemented online, in-person or hybrid according to EIC beneficiaries needs. The modality will be agreed within the engagement step.
From €4000 Eur (VAT excluded), or average price of €100-180/hour (VAT excluded).
The first check-up will be free of charge for EIC beneficiaries. When, the full package or multiple services are requested, a special price for the EIC beneficiaries will be offered. The full payment will be required in case of single service. Terms and conditions are negotiable according to the Funding Scheme, the selected analysis, time and duration of the service. NDA will be signed by Bip.Ca and EIC beneficiaries.
