Service description

The DRIVE Programme offers EIC beneficiaries the chance to obtain substantial knowledge about the Dutch Smart Mobility market in a short period of time, and to get in touch with relevant stakeholders and clients. The programme has two phases and is conducted in a hybrid format: the first phase has 4 group sessions (online), and the second phase has individual support and valuable introductions (offline). The following activities will be covered in Phase 1: Masterclass 1: clients and channels to reach these clients; masterclass 2: tenders and tender procedures; Masterclass 3: Legal and ethical aspects; and Masterclass 4: Financial aspects (tax and subsidies). Phase 2 will cover the following activities: a. Interviews with stakeholders; b. Workshop Cultural differences; c. Pitch training; and d. Individual support to further prepare for one-on-one sessions with stakeholders and clients during the Smart City Expo Barcelona. The participants in Phase 2 will be selected by the DISC-partners.
