Service description

A six-month, execution-led programme designed to support EIC Accelerator beneficiaries in progressing from raise-ready preparation to active U.S. investor engagement in Silicon Valley and global capital markets.

The programme is tailored for European technology companies seeking U.S. capital and focuses on translating European innovation into a Silicon Valley-credible investment case. It addresses common barriers to U.S. fundraising, including positioning, market narrative, scalability proof points, and investor targeting and converts them into a structured, disciplined fundraising process.

By completion, participating companies will have:

  • A U.S.-aligned fundraising strategy.
  • A clear, differentiated investment narrative and pitch.
  • An investor-validated go-to-market and scaling thesis.
  • Active engagement with targeted investors.
  • A clear pathway toward term sheets and follow-on capital.

The programme is delivered across four phases: Capital Markets Readiness, covering U.S. capital dynamics, valuation norms, and fundraising mechanics; Investment Narrative & Positioning, refining the equity story and differentiation; Go-to-Market Alignment, aligning growth strategy and traction with U.S. investor expectations; and Fundraise Execution, supporting investor targeting, outreach, and live pitching.

Belayer acts as an execution partner, working alongside founders to deliver a credible Silicon Valley capital raise.
