This service provides on-demand strategic advisory support to EU technology companies seeking to raise capital and access customers in the United States, without committing to a full programme. Delivered by a Silicon Valley–based team, the service is designed to address specific, time-bound strategic needs related to U.S. fundraising, market entry, and commercial positioning. 

The advisory is execution-informed but non-operational, focusing on decision support, positioning, and access strategy to help companies engage U.S. investors and customers with greater clarity, credibility, and efficiency. 

Scope of Advisory Support 

U.S. Capital Strategy & Fundraising Advisory: 
Guidance on U.S. fundraising strategy, investor positioning, round structuring, valuation expectations, and investor targeting. Includes review and refinement of pitch materials and advice on investor engagement strategy. 

U.S. Market Entry & Customer Access Strategy: 
Strategic input on U.S. market selection, customer segmentation, pricing logic, sales motion, and enterprise engagement approach, tailored to U.S. buyer expectations. 

Narrative & Positioning Advisory: 
Refinement of the company’s U.S.-facing equity story, differentiation narrative, and commercial messaging to resonate with U.S. investors and customers. 

Ecosystem & Relationship Strategy: 
Advice on navigating the U.S. ecosystem, including prioritisation of partners, customers, investors, and advisors, and preparation for high-impact meetings and conversations.
