Innovation Capability Building is a full-service programme covering pre-programme diagnostics (team interviews and questionnaires), programme design, 2-day facilitated delivery, and 5 hours of follow-up coaching to maintain momentum and embed new ways of working. Standard price is €18,000 per cohort, inclusive of all phases. Minimum 2 facilitators. EIC beneficiaries receive a 25% discount, bringing the total to €13,500.
