MakeTeamWork is an Amsterdam-based Culture & Collaboration Transformation Studio that helps scaling startups and mid-market organisations turn strategy into action. Founded in 2020, we combine expert workshop facilitation, innovation capability building, and proprietary diagnostic technology to make team dynamics measurable, not just observable. Our core product, the Human Technology Assessment (HTA), is a SaaS platform that diagnoses how organisations collaborate, decide, and execute across five dimensions: Shared Direction, Decision Architecture, Collaboration Flow, Trust & Truth, and Execution & Learning. It aims to give leadership teams a data-driven baseline to intervene before collaboration breakdowns slow growth. With 200+ projects delivered across Europe (NPS 85+) and clients including Miro, LUMA Institute, MURAL, and tens of start-ups and scale-ups, we bring both hands-on facilitation expertise and scalable technology. We are LUMA-certified Human-Centred Design instructors, with a team background spanning organisational psychology, scale-up leadership, and SaaS product development.
