We bring structured methodology - LUMA-certified, with 40+ workshop formats developed across 250+ teams, combined with deep organisational psychology expertise. We don't just run the session. We design the conditions for the right conversations to happen. Particularly valuable for EIC-funded companies navigating rapid growth, new leadership structures, or post-investment strategic pivots. Delivered on-site across Europe or remotely. 200+ projects since 2021. NPS 85+. Clients include IBM, Booking.com, MURAL, and Whatagraph.

Available on a rolling basis with no fixed deadlines. Full-service price covers pre-workshop diagnostics, design, and facilitation delivery. EIC beneficiaries receive a 25% discount on the standard rate. Typical 1-day engagement starts at €6,000 for EIC beneficiaries (standard €8,000). First scoping call free of charge.
