Financial requirements

Strategic Workshop Facilitation is a full-service engagement covering three phases: team interviews and diagnostics, workshop design, and facilitation delivery. The total service is priced at 2x the facilitation day rate. Standard facilitation is €2,000/day per facilitator, with a minimum of 2 facilitators recommended — bringing a typical 1-day engagement to €8,000 total (design + delivery). EIC beneficiaries receive a 25% discount, reducing this to €6,000.

EIC beneficiaries receive a 25% discount on the standard rate. Typical 1-day engagement starts at €6,000 for EIC beneficiaries (standard €8,000). First scoping call free of charge.
