Service description

A 6-month programme for internationalisation and market entry targeting EIC Transition and EIC Accelerator beneficiaries. Core to this service is the personalised team in Silicon Valley who will limit threats and supercharge opportunities for European startups wanting to scale up in the US. The service will focus on: 1) Product: The EIC Partner will help EIC beneficiaries to understand their strengths and weaknesses, and most importantly, highlight ways to differentiate their technology in the US market. The EIC beneficiaries will engage with potential customers to gather feedback and use it to guide initial product development and scaling strategies. Ultimately, the EIC Partner will help determine if there is product-market fit, and if not currently, recommend steps to secure this important step. 2) Market Entry: EIC beneficiaries will receive support to develop a go-to-market (GTM) strategy that outlines how one can engage, nurture, and sell to US customers. This plan will include recommendations across entry strategy, sales process, pricing, etc. The EIC Partner will help EIC beneficiaries unlock key differentiation messaging, so it clearly resonates with potential customers and moves them into action. Importantly, the extensive network of senior US executives will be leveraged to help EIC beneficiaries to unlock their first Fortune 500 customers. 3) Capital Focus: The EIC Partner will work with EIC beneficiaries on capital raising and/or deployment. The EIC beneficiaries will be guided on a fundraising strategy and manage its execution, deciding on a product roadmap, building new features or iterating on existing ones, etc. EIC beneficiaries can access the service all year round. The service can be conducted online or in a hybrid format with approximately 1 day per week required from EIC beneficiaries.
