The engagement begins with a market segmentation and positioning phase, involving a detailed analysis of the target market, competitive landscape, and customer segments, with the value proposition refined based on real market signals. This is followed by an industrial partner identification and outreach phase, during which relevant partners, distributors, and pilot customers are mapped and a structured outreach strategy is implemented. In the pilot structuring phase, beneficiaries receive support in defining commercial terms, structuring pilot agreements, and initiating negotiations with potential partners, including the development of letters of intent. The service concludes with the development of a go-to-market roadmap, outlining pricing logic, initial revenue milestones, and a 12-month commercial development plan. Standard advisory rate: €1,200/day. EIC beneficiaries receive a 20% preferential discount (effective rate: €960/day). For long-term industrial partnership structuring mandates, a performance-based component may be agreed separately. Engagements are milestone-based with no fixed retainer.
