Ivoro Ventures is a European venture builder specialised in science-based agrifood and deep-tech innovation. Our mission is to transform breakthrough research into scalable, investment-ready companies that regenerate food systems, health and ecosystems. We work at the intersection of technology transfer, venture building and early-stage investment, supporting researchers and founders from TRL 3-8 through venture creation, validation and fundraising. Ivoro collaborates closely with universities, research centres and industrial partners to structure spin-offs, design robust business models, and secure IP strategies. Our activities include venture ideation, company formation, strategic positioning, market validation, industrial partnerships, investment readiness and access to early-stage capital. Ivoro operates with a strong impact focus, prioritising deep-tech solutions in sustainable food, biotechnology, alternative proteins, regenerative agriculture and circular bioeconomy.
