Women in Industries of Tomorrow

WIIT Europe (Women in Industries of Tomorrow) is a Brussels-based non-profit (VZW) dedicated to accelerating women's leadership across frontier technology sectors - including artificial intelligence, spatial computing, climate technologies, biotechnology, and immersive technologies. Our mission is to intervene early in the innovation curve, ensuring women are present not just as users or beneficiaries of emerging technologies, but as founders, researchers, and decision-makers shaping their development.

WIIT Europe builds community and capability through networking events, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing programmes that connect women innovators with industry leaders, investors, and policymakers. We place a strong emphasis on ethical and responsible innovation, equipping our community to lead frontier industries with both technical excellence and social accountability.

Originally founded with a focus on immersive technologies, WIIT Europe has expanded its scope to reflect the full breadth of frontier innovation shaping Europe's future economy. Looking ahead, we are developing grant and microfund programmes to provide direct financial support to early-stage women-led ventures in these sectors - lowering barriers to entry and helping translate research and ambition into scalable impact.

Through partnerships like the EIC Ecosystem Partnership Programme, WIIT Europe aims to strengthen Europe's innovation ecosystem by widening the talent pool driving tomorrow's breakthrough technologies.
