Startup to Scaleup transition challenges

Service description

This workshop is a two-day (2x5 hours) acceleration service directed to EIC Accelerator and EIC Transition innovators that have a clear product to market fit and are about to switch from startup mode to scaleup mode. The workshops focus on how the team, the ways of working, and the mindset needs to be transformed when transitioning from startup mode to scaleup mode and overcome the challenges in connection with said transition. The course is run with a groups of 3-6 companies. The workshops are run by the experienced coaches of Sting and one external consultant.

Run with a minimum of 3 companies.
