Service description

The International Growth Bootcamp is an intensive one-day workshop designed to help EIC innovators navigate the complex journey of international expansion with confidence and clarity. It equips participants with strategic frameworks, practical tools, and real-world insights to begin designing a successful market entry strategy. In a practical format, participants explore the essential do’s and don’ts of entering a new market. The goal of the bootcamp is to ensure that the startups are ready for market entry and are equipped with the knowledge and tools to successfully grow internationally. With a particular emphasis on bridging the cultural and business gaps between France, Germany, Austria, and the Scandinavian countries, the bootcamp addresses the often-overlooked nuances in communication, partnership-building, and market expectations across these regions. The programme provides actionable guidance to help participants operate more effectively across these key European markets. The day is designed as a focused high-impact learning experience. It opens with real-world examples of international expansion missteps and successes, setting the stage for interactive case discussions and practical frameworks. Participants then engage in a series of exercises focused on market selection, cultural fit, and go-to-market strategy. The workshop culminates in a simulation where participants outline a tailored market entry approach, receiving live feedback from experts and peers. The service is delivered in person or virtually, the bootcamp combines interactive learning with peer exchange and expert input. By the end of the day, participants leave with a strong foundation for global growth and a set of tools to guide their next strategic steps.
