Service description

The Internationalisation and Go-To-Market Strategy service supports EIC innovators in preparing for successful market expansion, with a primary (but not exclusive) focus on France, Germany, Austria, and Scandinavia. Designed as a modular offering delivered over several weeks, the service is structured into two phases, each tailored to the company's specific needs and level of market readiness. The objective of the service is to provide founders with an actionable strategy, deep local insights, and the operational foundations necessary for a successful market entry. In Phase 1 of the service, Market Deep Dive and Validation is performed. This focuses on aligning expectations, understanding the product and business model, and analysing the target market. Activities include market analysis, competitor benchmarking, customer persona development, and a regulatory and distribution landscape review. This phase concludes with a Product & Market Fit Report. In Phase 2, Go-To-Market Strategy and Action Plan id developed to define the optimal market entry model — such as direct sales, partnerships, or licencing — and identifies key go-to-market channels, pricing strategies, and local strategic partners. The outcome is a validated Go-to-Market Strategy and an action plan, complemented by strategic introductions to local stakeholders. The service is delivered either online, in person, or hybrid. The duration of the service depends on the project and the needs of the startup.
