Interim Founder’s Associate: Sparring Partner
Scale to Global by Bentsen International
Service ID:
EP261S3The Interim Founder’s Associate service is a flexible and structured support format designed to help EIC innovators advance their business with clarity, focus, and momentum. Acting as a hands-on strategic partner, this service supports founders in navigating operational and strategic challenges during critical growth phases. The duration of the service is adaptable, depending on the startup's needs and goals. The interim founder’s associate is a hands-on support for founders needing a right hand and advice for: internationalisation, fundraising, positioning, or team structuring. The goal is to ensure measurable progress by defining clear KPIs and delivering strategic input, operational execution and someone to simply talk to. The service unfolds in three continuous phases: 1. Onboarding and Prioritisation – understanding the founder's vision, current challenges, and success metrics. 2. Strategic Sparring – bi-weekly or weekly calls focused on decision-making, momentum, and aligning on next steps. 3. Execution Support – hands-on involvement in moving forward key priorities such as partner outreach, pitch refinement, or team recruitment. Key activities include KPI definition and monitoring, founder sparring sessions, decision support, and operational follow-through on urgent tasks. The expected outcome is a faster and more focused execution across key business functions and a founder who feels empowered and supported. The service is delivered remotely, with regular calls.
