Service description

Ongoing one-on-one support to entrepreneurs and key members of the beneficiaries' teams in enriching, upscaling and refining their leadership and management skills. The provided services include leadership and management support in internal and external aspects of the business, help in personal empowerment and growth of the beneficiary leader(s), mentoring of beneficiary leader(s) in setting long-term goals and vision, encouraging and mentoring team building and talent retention, and more. The sessions' structure, length and frequency will be defined together with the beneficiary according to its specific needs. We recommend a minimum of 20 1.5-hour sessions to achieve relevant results.
