UPTEC is providing tailor-made technical infrastructure and strategic business support, on a rolling basis, to EIC beneficiaries.

By offering these services at a preferential or free-of-charge rate, UPTEC ensures concrete outcomes - such as validated prototypes and enhanced market visibility - for deep-tech researchers and entrepreneurs at any stage of their innovation journey. This comprehensive support package is specifically designed to fill the specialized gaps that standard Business Acceleration Services (BAS) may not cover.

A cornerstone of this offering is the Product Development Lab, which provides access to advanced 3D production equipment for creating high-fidelity models and prototypes, facilitating the transition from research to market. This technical support is complemented by specialized mentoring, where a dedicated mentor works with each company to maximize its business potential and ensure integration into global growth networks. Furthermore, the service includes robust Media Relations support, assisting innovators in defining media outreach strategies and managing everything from press release production to professional dissemination.

A significant added value is the access to over 50 exclusive perks, offering substantial discounts or free-of-charge access to essential market services in technology, legal support, intellectual property, and communication.

Financial requirements

UPTEC's individualized services, including access to the Product Development Lab, specialized mentoring, and media relations, are offered free of charge to EIC beneficiaries. This pricing model aligns with the support currently provided to UPTEC's engaged and installed startups and scaleups, who receive these services without incurring fees, hourly rates, or equity obligations.
