The Potsdam Science Park (PSP) is one of the most innovative locations for science in the Berlin-Brandenburg metropolitan region. With the presence of five non-university research institutes, the University of Potsdam and around 35 companies and startups, the PSP represents a tight network of excellent cutting-edge research. The PSP site management, the Standortmanagement Golm GmbH (StaGo) was founded with the commitment of developing the PSP in all its aspects with an overall aim to turn the PSP into an internationally competitive location for innovative solutions. 

Those aims are achieved via different actions: 

- the Welcome Service which reaches out newcomers even before moving to the PSP; 
- the PSP Academy with many informative events and workshops; 
- the technology transfer working group which scouts talented researchers and helps them in bringing their ideas onto market via startups initiations or collaborations with already established companies/incubator programs; 
- bridging new companies to various network partners and business angels able to support them with advisory services from promotion and financing to business model development; 
- activities for the settlement of startups and companies from the Life Science field; 
- intensive public relations increasing the visibility of the PSP itself and PSP companies and institutions.
